Within the limits established in this document (see section “Limits on the use of lockers and storage units”), a User can store any items they wish inside the rented locker/storage unit, as long as they are their property and comply with the safety and usage conditions described below.
How can a User know if there are available lockers and storage units at León Lockers?
You can find out by accessing the website https://leonlockers.com/ and starting a reservation.
For how long can the same locker or storage unit be rented?
The User can contract the locker and storage unit rental service for a period of between 1 day (minimum) and 30 calendar days (maximum), and this period must fall within the establishment’s opening months, depending on availability and León Lockers’ operations.
When can the User access the rented locker and storage unit?
The rental service for each locker and storage unit will be accessible 24 hours a day.
Once the User has stored their items, can they only access the locker/storage unit to remove them?
No. Once items are stored, the User can access the locker/storage unit as many times as they wish during the rental period, always ensuring that the locker or storage unit is locked and, at the end of the rental period, left empty and locked.
What can the User do if they encounter any issue with the use of the locker/storage unit?
In case of malfunction, blockage, or any other technical issue with the use of the locker/storage unit, the User will have access to León Lockers’ assistance service, which can be reached by calling +34 613002213.
3. What is the price the User must pay per type of locker/storage unit per day?
- Prices
The applicable prices for each type of locker or storage unit are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase. These final prices include VAT and refer to the rental of a locker and/or storage unit (depending on size) per day (from 07:00 to 06:59). However, the reservation may be ended before 06:59 if the customer indicates so on the touchscreen at the location by pressing “I’m leaving” or a similar option when collecting their belongings.
Offers will be properly marked and identified as such, indicating the previous price and the offer price.
León Lockers reserves the right to make changes to the website or the premises at any time and without prior notice, and may update products and services daily based on the market. - Payment Method
Purchases can be paid through the means indicated on the website at the time of reservation. Specifically, credit or debit cards are accepted.

- The User must access the website https://leonlockers.com/ and go to the Reservations section.
- Select the number of lockers and storage units, size, and reservation period.
- Enter their personal details (name, surname, mobile phone number, and email address).
- Once these Conditions are accepted and payment is made by card (and the contract is completed), the User will receive an email (and/or an SMS, if this service is enabled) with the confirmation of the contract, the assigned locker or storage unit number, and the security code to access both the premises and the locker/storage unit.
- Access to the premises and the locker/storage unit.
- On the day of the reservation, at the entrance of the premises, the User must enter the security code sent to them (via email and/or SMS) on the touchpad (or enabled device).
- If the code is correct, the main door will open, and the User can access the premises.
- Once inside, the User should go to the touchscreen located in the locker area, enter the reservation code again, and if correct, the rented locker/storage unit will open automatically.

- The User can reopen the locker or storage unit as many times as needed during the rental period, always using the same security code provided.
- When they wish to end the reservation, they can do so through the touchscreen by selecting “Open to empty and end the reservation.”
- Once all items have been removed, the User must lock the locker/storage unit so that it is free for another reservation.

- If the User entered their email or phone number incorrectly when making the reservation, they would not receive the code. In such a case, León Lockers is not responsible for the inability to access.
- The code is personal and non-transferable; the User must not share it with third parties.
5. Can the User modify their reservation or cancel it?
- Reservation Modification: Once a reservation is made and confirmed, the User cannot modify it directly (e.g., change dates or number of days). To do so, they must cancel the reservation and make a new one (if this service is available or offered on the website).
If the User wishes to change the size of their locker, they can do so for one with greater capacity. First, they must communicate their intention to make the change, then reserve the new locker or storage unit, and subsequently, the amount of the previous one will be refunded, provided they have a Spanish bank account or use Bizum. The refund order will be processed within 2 working days from 09:00 to 14:00. - Cancellation: Given the nature of the service (rental of lockers and storage units for a specific date and time), once the reservation is confirmed, the User cannot cancel it or request a refund.

To the total time above, we will add 30 minutes that the establishment reserves in case of having to resolve any technical issue.
León Lockers reserves the right to control the maximum number of lockers and storage units reserved per user.
10. Consequences and User Responsibility in Case of Non-Compliance
The User must indemnify León Lockers, S.L. for any damages arising from the breach of their obligations. This breach may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of services, without the need for prior notice or right to compensation, and the application of penalties or damage claims.
If the User does not retrieve their belongings before 6:59 AM, a surcharge equivalent to the daily rate of the rented locker or storage unit will be applied for each day of delay. In addition, once this surcharge has been paid, the User will have a maximum of 15 minutes to retrieve all their belongings. Otherwise, León Lockers may proceed with the removal and storage of the items under the User’s responsibility, in accordance with the clause regarding non-compliance with the rental period.
