Where is León Lockers located?

The lockers and storage units at León Lockers are located at Calle Mariano Domínguez Berrueta 11,
right in the heart of León, between the León Cathedral and Plaza Mayor.

From here, you can easily explore the city on foot, as the main landmarks are just a short walk away.

Additionally, we are in the Barrio Húmedo, famous for its vibrant atmosphere, bars, and restaurants. 🍷🍽✨

Is it safe to use the lockers or storage units? 🛡️

What are the locker opening hours? 🕒

León Lockers’ lockers are available 24 hours a day.

🔑 Reminder: To access the facility and your locker, you need the reservation code, which you will receive upon completing your booking.

Can I open my locker as many times as I want?

During your reservation period, you can open and close your locker as many times as you need.
Access your belongings without any restrictions! 🔑

How long can I stay inside the facility?

You may stay as long as needed to store your belongings in the locker and retrieve them later.

🚫 Staying inside the facility after completing these operations is not allowed.

How do the lockers work? 🛄

If you need to store your luggage for a few hours before traveling, León Lockers offers lockers and storage units in different sizes to suit your needs.

✅ Book online: Select the date and locker size.
💳 Secure payment: Complete your payment quickly and easily.
📩 Receive your access code: You will receive an SMS and an email with a unique code to enter the facility and open your assigned locker or storage unit.

🔑 It’s that easy and secure!

Can I extend my reservation if I already have one in progress?

😉 Of course! Just send us a message via WhatsApp, and we will take care of extending your reservation.

🚨 Important: You must request the extension at least 1 hour before your reservation expires and as long as the locker is not assigned to another upcoming reservation.

What happens to items left outside the lockers?

👉 Any luggage or personal belongings left inside the facility but outside the lockers will be considered abandoned.
This applies regardless of whether there is an active reservation or not.

Once abandoned, these items will be under the full discretion of León Lockers, and the user expressly and irrevocably waives any right to compensation or claims for damages.
